On the Front Side, address to your prospect, stamp, and mail.
You will also see Your Return Name and Address, plus

Please Note: If you do not furnish your Ad Slinger Referral URL BEFORE your cards
are printed, PAUL's Referral URL will be on YOUR card.

*Optional: The Ad Slingers URL has been moved over to the middle of the card to allow you to include with your Return Address, if you wish, a Favorite URL (subject to approved advertising), a Phone Number, and/or an Email Address.

Please Note: Once Your cards are printed, you can only make changes by reordering and paying the Monitor's Fee - for revising, printing, and shipping - your cards again. So BE SURE EVERYTHING IS CORRECT with Your Order.

On the Back Side of the card is where you will select and Circle the Squares that you want.
You may select 2 squares, or 3 squares or 4 squares.
You must send a money order for each square you select to the person whose name
and address is in each square you circle.

A copy of the card, with the names you selected circled, along with
a copy of the money orders made out to the names you chose.
You must also include a $55 money order made out to:

for the Monitor's Fee which pays for havng your cards
personalized, printed and shipped to you.

Mailing Instructions:

Mail the Monitor's Fee money order,
a copy of the card with your selected names circled,
and a copy of each money order payment (proof of payment) to:

Sorry... Cards can only be shipped to U.S. Street Addresses. No PO Boxes.
If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please add $5 to the Monitor's Fee.
The extra $5 is to cover the extra shipping charge.
